Alliance to End Slavery and Trafficking (ATEST)
The Alliance to End Slavery and Trafficking is a nonpartisan coalition of prominent U.S.-based antislavery organizations dedicated to developing and advancing a national policy agenda for abolishing slavery and human trafficking. Humanity United organized the group in February 2007.

Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, Harvard University
Carr Center is committed to making human rights principles central to the formulation of good public policy in the United States and throughout the world. Humanity United partnered with the Center on the Mass Atrocity Response Operations Project, which aims to equip the United States, other states, and regional and international organizations to respond effectively to genocide and mass atrocity when directed by national leadership.

Dream for Darfur Campaign
Dream for Darfur is an advocacy and media campaign that leverages the 2008 Beijing Olympics to activate the Chinese government’s influential role in bringing security to Darfur. Humanity United supported the launch of the campaign, which links China to the Darfur crisis and urges the Chinese government’s intervention.

ENOUGH Project
A project of the Center for American Progress, ENOUGH is a policy and advocacy organization working to help build a permanent constituency focused on preventing genocide and crimes against humanity. Humanity United supported the launch and supports the operations of the ENOUGH Project.

Genocide Prevention Task Force
This bipartisan panel of high-level experts – including former Secretaries Madeleine Albright and William Cohen – develops and promotes more effective U.S. strategies for the prevention of genocide. Humanity United supported the creation of the task force, convened by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, The American Academy of Diplomacy, and the United States Institute of Peace.

International Justice Mission (IJM)
IJM secures justice for victims of modern-day slavery, sexual exploitation, and other forms of violent oppression. Humanity United provides support for IJM’s portfolio of U.S. policy and legislative initiatives.

Invisible Children Inc.
Invisible Children is a nonprofit organization – launched by a documentary – dedicated to the war-affected children of northern Uganda and working to improve their quality of life through development programs and international-awareness and fundraising campaigns. Humanity United supported a strategic planning process to create a comprehensive business plan for future programs.
